Columbia, South Carolina – September 23, 2025, Trinity Partners has successfully closed on the sale of Elements West, a multi-family project located in Greenville, SC. The 60-unit complex was redeveloped from a cotton warehouse and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Trinity Partners team members, Bruce Harper, SIOR, who was also appointed Receiver for the project, and Edward Wilson, CCIM, SIOR, MCR teamed together to represent the seller and Trey Snellings of NAI Capital Advisors represented the buyer. The property sold for $10,500,000.
