Columbia, South Carolina – January 20, 2026, Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the successful lease and sale of a medical investment property located at 460 Clemson Road in Columbia, SC.

The property, a 3,280 square foot medical office building, previously served as the home of Kraemer Women’s Care. Bruce Harper, Founding Partner with Trinity Partners, secured a long-term lease for the property. Following the lease execution, Harper also represented the seller in the disposition of the asset.

The property was acquired by a South Carolina-based investor, represented by Rob Lapin, Partner at Trinity Partners.
