News Trinity Partners Completes Sale of Industrial Facility in Columbia, SC

Columbia, South Carolina – June 17, 2026, Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 20,400 square foot industrial property located at 120 Fontaine Center Drive in Columbia, South Carolina.
The asset was acquired by Parliament Companies LLC and is strategically situated in Northeast Columbia, providing convenient access to I-20, I-77, and the future Scout Motors manufacturing facility.
