Trinity Partners' Columbia office sets monthly production record in July 2020
After just under two years of operation, Trinity Partners’ Columbia office continues to grow its business and market share, setting a monthly production record for July 2020. The firm’s Columbia office opened in September 2018, when four local industry veterans partnered with the Charlotte-based firm to bring a fresh, entrepreneurial approach to Columbia’s commercial real estate market.
“We are tremendously proud of our entire team for the hard work it took to achieve this milestone, especially with the effect COVID-19 is having on the current business climate. The numbers are in and proof positive of our brokerage team’s high-performance level and ability to get deals across the finish line,” said Bruce Harper, SIOR, Trinity Partners’ Operating Partner.
Transactions during the month of July were almost an equal mix of sale and lease deals. Notable deals include the $3.3 million investment sale of a medical office building in Goose Creek, South Carolina and a 37,000 square foot long-term lease renewal at a multi-tenant office building in downtown Columbia.
“The silver lining is that our July production numbers reflect our entire team’s dedication and hard work, not just over the last few months, but since we launched,” said Harper.
Since opening the Columbia office, the firm has grown its team from six to 19 professionals. Additionally, the firm was named Columbia’s “Best Commercial Real Estate Firm” by Columbia Metro Magazine for 2020 and is nominated again for the 2021 award.
“We are grateful we’ve been able to accomplish so much success through a major pandemic,” said Harper. “With just under two years of business under our belt, our momentum remains strong. Our success proves our team’s strong work ethic and positive relationships with our clients.”
