The top office leases for the second quarter include the following transactions.

• Roger Winn, SIOR and Braden Shockley represented the sublessor in the sublease of 40,128 square feet of office space located at 1200 Colonial Life Blvd. in Columbia, SC.
• Paul Hartley, SIOR represented the tenant, Alliance Consulting Engineers in the lease renewal of 16,797 square feet of office space in The Capitol Center, located at 1201 Main St. in Columbia, SC. Hartley also represented the tenant, Finkel Law Firm in the lease renewal of 10,832 square feet of office space also located in The Capitol Center.
• Macon Lovelace, SIOR and Bruce Greenberg represented the landlord in the leasing of an 11,224 square foot office space at 1021 Pinnacle Point Drive in Columbia, SC.
• Peyton Bryant, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord and Bruce Harper, SIOR represented the tenant in the lease renewal of 10,472 square feet of medical office space located at 1333 Taylor Street in Columbia, SC.
