Columbia, South Carolina – January 10, 2023, Trinity Partners announces its top five brokerage producers for 2022. Nick Stomski, SIOR, Macon Lovelace, SIOR, Roger Winn, SIOR, Dail Longaker, and Rob Lapin are the firm’s year-end top producers.

Nick Stomski, SIOR is a Partner within the Columbia firm. Nick brings expertise across all transaction types and brokerage services, working on industrial and office brokerage, development, investment sales, and 1031 Exchange opportunities. Nick achieved the prestigious SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation within his first five years in the business and continues to be heavily engaged in the SC Chapter as a Board Member. He is a lifetime member of the Central Carolinas Realtors Association’s Circle of Excellence and has received the Columbia Region CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Industrial Leasing numerous times.

Macon Lovelace, SIOR is also a Partner within the firm specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties, site development, investment properties, and 1031 Exchange opportunities. Macon brings a diverse background in commercial real estate with experience in banking (commercial lending) and property development. He is an accomplished producer known for his financial acumen and holistic approach to each transaction.

Roger Winn, SIOR is also a Partner of the firm known for his versatility across all asset and transaction types. Roger offers extensive transactional experience in a wide variety of services including office and medical office leasing, investment sales, development, tenant representation, and land assemblage. He is a lifetime member of the Central Carolinas Realtors Association’s Circle of Excellence and has been acknowledged time and again by his industry peers for his sharp focus on details and his ability to get the job done.

Dail Longaker has more than 30 years of industry experience and is widely recognized as one of South Carolina’s leading investment sales brokers. He joined Trinity Partners in 2019 as the Director of Investment Services primarily focusing on retail, office, and industrial income property brokerage throughout the Southeast. He has served as a court-appointed receiver for numerous financial institutions, provided advisory services for owners, and has worked on grocery-anchored retail centers and single-tenant net-leased retail developments.

Rob Lapin has over 20 years of industry experience specializing in office, industrial, retail tenant representation, and landlord brokerage. As Director of Brokerage Services, Rob works to sustain existing client relationships while cultivating new opportunities with owners, prospective tenants, and industry colleagues across the region. Rob is past Chairman and currently a Commissioner on the Richland County Recreation Commission.
