Trinity Partners Columbia adds 3900 North Main to its Property Management and Listing Portfolio
Trinity Partners has added 3900 North Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina to its Property Management and Listing Portfolio. Trinity Partners' office and retail specialists, Paul Hartley, SIOR, Director, Office Properties, and William Mills, Senior Brokerage Associate, will spearhead the property’s leasing and sale efforts.
“With the steady progression of streetscaping and infrastructure improvements up the North Main corridor, the district continues to make strides in development, leasing and sales success over the past few years,” said Hartley, “The property offers a great opportunity for businesses or companies looking to lease space, for buyers looking to acquire investment property, or for a complete re-purpose for an end-user. It’s a very rewarding project for our team to be a part of.”
Located in the city’s North Main Design District in the opportunity zone overlay at the signalized intersection of North Main Street and Monticello Road, the 40,000 square foot building was previously the area’s neighborhood Bi-Lo. It was later rebranded for a short time as a Harvey’s Supermarket. Currently, North Main Kidney Center occupies 8,250 SF in the building, leaving 30,653 SF available for lease.
“The building’s next chapter is a vital component of the Design District’s revitalization plan,” said William Mills, “It is poised to reinvent itself as a new retail, medical or open office concept ready to serve the community.”
“As we move forward, our focus will be on framing a strong partnership with the owner to stabilize the asset for existing and future tenants,” said Ashley Owens, Trinity Partners Senior Property Manager.
