Durham, NC- June 18, 2013 – Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the sale of 2605 Meridian Parkway. Dunn Mileham, Director of Investment Sales, represented the seller, Byrd Meridian, LLC in the transaction.

The building is a part of the 7.4 acre Meridian Business Campus, located in Durham, NC near the intersection of I-40 and Hwy 55. At 73,446 SF, the multi-tenant building is home to SRA International and Lockheed Martin Corporation. Trinity Partners will continue leasing and managing the building for the new owners.

The building was purchased for $5.2 million by Trinity Capital Advisors, a real estate development and acquisition firm and Trinity Partners’ sister company. Mileham notes the off-market transaction attracted multiple offers from investors interested in the Triangle market. “This was a very efficient process for both the seller and Trinity Partners,” said Mileham. “The Triangle market is highly desirable for investors as it continues to diversify its economy and grow jobs. We were able to evaluate multiple offers, identify a buyer, and close in just over 60 days.”
