Trinity Partners Broker Facilitates Long-term Leases with Two Top Clients in Columbia, SC

Columbia, South Carolina – July 11, 2023, Director of Office Properties, Paul Hartley, SIOR recently facilitated over 27,000 square feet of long-term lease extensions for two of his top clients’ corporate offices. Both clients are housed in 1201 Main Street in Columbia, SC, a 25-story Class-A office tower, located directly across the street from the State Capitol. The combined lease transactions are valued at over $5,000,000.00.

Hartley has 30+ years of combined working relationships between these two significant clients, Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. and the Finkel Law Firm, LLC. He has been involved in multiple office transactions over the years with both entities.

Hartley indicated, “while both firms are extremely busy, with staff back in the office for the most part, the timing was right to approach their current landlord and have the conversation about long-term occupancy stabilization.” Hartley went on to say, “their landlord was interested in having the conversation and a win-win for all parties involved was the end result.”
