ATLANTA, GA – April 14^th, 2026 – Trinity Partners is pleased to announce that its Atlanta office has been awarded the leasing and property management assignment for One and Two Midtown Plaza, a two-building, Class A office portfolio totaling 506,108 square feet located in Atlanta’s premier Midtown submarket. The assets were recently acquired by Zalik Investment Group.

Situated at 1360 Peachtree Street and 1349 West Peachtree Street, One and Two Midtown Plaza offer tenants a best-in-class work environment in one of Atlanta’s most dynamic and amenity-rich office corridors. The buildings feature a diverse tenant mix and are positioned with quick, convenient access to public transportation and major transportation arteries throughout the city.

Midtown Plaza offers an extensive suite of amenities, including the neighborhood-favorite café and coffee bar, Metro Fresh, a fitness center with lockers and showers, a conference center, 24-hour security and card access, EV charging stations, and an on-site bank and ATM. A 2 per 1,000 parking ratio is supported by an attached, on-site parking garage with three access points for easy ingress and egress.

Trinity Partners’ Austin Chase, Partner; Cori Nuttall, Director; and Mary-Thompson Lancaster, Associate, will lead leasing efforts for Midtown Plaza. Joe Crawford, Partner, and Sarah Beckom, Partner, and Katie Plazyk, Senior Property Manager will oversee management of the properties.
