News Trinity Partners Announces Two New Tenants, Renewals of Two Existing Tenants at Woodland Business Park

CHARLOTTE, NC – August 27, 2012 – Trinity Partners announced today the addition of two (2) new tenants at Woodland Business Park, as well as the lease renewal of two (2) others. Trinity handles leasing and property management for three (3) multi-tenant buildings totaling +170,450 sf at Woodland, purchased in late 2011 by TA Associates Realty of Boston, MA.

The two (2) new tenants at Woodland are Universal Voice & Data (+11,520 sf) and Northern Factory Sales (+12,150 sf). Started in 1985, Universal Voice & Data is a telecommunications company founded to serve the building industry in the area of design and implementation of communication distribution systems. The company began with a two-man operation installing small key systems, and has grown to a 40+ man operation installing voice / data wiring for multi-story commercial, industrial, educational and campus environments.

Based in Willmar, Minnesota, Northern Factory Sales has 16 regional distribution centers throughout the U.S. The new Woodland location is their first in the Carolinas. Northern has been providing high quality heating and cooling products to the Automotive, Agricultural, Truck, Industrial, and Racing industry for over 40 years.

Bill Wood of Trinity Partners represented TA Associates Realty in direct lease negotiations with both new tenants.

Gemaire Distributors (+19,280 sf) and MMI Products (+15,400 sf) have both renewed their leases in the 3401 Building at Woodland. Frank Larsen of CBRE represented MMI.
