Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the sale of 2719 – 2763 Interstate Street, a 60,038 square foot office/warehouse building located in Charlotte’s Airport 85 Business Park, to Front Street Capital.
Dunn Mileham, David Morris, and Eric Jennings of Trinity Partners’ Investment Sales team represented the seller, a fund managed by Brookfield Asset Management. Brookfield acquired the property earlier this year in a larger portfolio acquisition. At the time of the sale, the building was 100% occupied by six tenants.
