Trinity Partners Announces the Purchase of 9835 Northcross Center Court

Huntersville, North Carolina – December 18, 2023 – 9835 Northcross Center Court, Building VI, a 19,116 square foot industrial building located in the Northcross Business Campus in Huntersville, has officially sold to an entity affiliated with Nor Team Real Estate. Dunn Mileham, David Morris, and Eric Jennings of Trinity Partners handled the transaction on behalf of the buyer. Greg Fallon of TSG Commercial represented the seller.

At the time of the sale, the building was 100% occupied by Enso Elite Gymnastics, a gymnastics training facility that serves the greater Lake Norman area. The selling party, The 1416 Company, originally acquired the property in 2016 as a part of a portfolio of assets within the Northcross Business Campus.
