News Trinity Partners Announces New Hires, Expands Service Platform

Charlotte, NC – February 27, 2012 – North Carolina commercial real estate firm Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the addition of several new employees as the company continues to grow and expand their market footprint in Charlotte and Raleigh – Durham.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: After nine years with Trinity, Sherrie Chaffin, Director of Project Management, has been named Director of Development for Trinity Partners’ sister company, Trinity Capital Advisors. Tracy Haynie, Senior Project Manager, has been promoted to Director of Project Management. Haynie, who has been with the company for over eight years, recently hired Margaret Markovich as Project Manager. Markovich joins Trinity after working for Carolinas Healthcare System. The Project Management group was recently awarded the Chiquita headquarters upfit, a 150,000 SF project build-out in downtown’s NASCAR Plaza.

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES: The company expanded their Construction Services group by hiring Randy Gonyea to lead the Charlotte division. Gonyea recently hired Adam Glaser as Project Manager for the Charlotte office. Glaser previously worked with Gonyea as Project Manager at Cox Schepp, Inc.

TENANT REPRESENTATION: Market veteran Jim Gambrell is now leading Trinity’s Charlotte Tenant Representation group. Gambrell comes to Trinity after leading Oakway Properties, and he expects to announce new additions to his team within the coming weeks.

RETAIL BROKERAGE SERVICES: Trinity Partners expanded its platform to include Retail Brokerage Services with the addition of Beverly Keith, CCIM. Based in the Raleigh office, Keith is licensed to work in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY SERVICES: William Maxwell has transitioned from Property Manager to Leasing Agent in Trinity’s Industrial Property Services team, joining Partner Terry Brennan, Bill Wood, and Adam Eason.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: Trinity’s Property Management division has hired two new property accountants, Beverly Akoury and Leslie Sweem, and Marty Sardinia has joined the maintenance team for the company’s Ally Center management group.
