This wasn’t just a typical sale. DiFranco and DiFranco Jr represented the buyers, a dentist and orthodontist looking for a location for their individual practices. In order to make it work, the DiFrancos negotiated a lease-buyout with the current tenant and converted the building into two office condos for the dental and orthodontist practice.

8,483 SF // sold for $953,000
DiFranco and DiFranco, Jr. represented the seller. The property was on the market for over 16 months before the DiFranco’s took over the listing. The client, so pleased with Trinity’s work, sent the DiFranco team a hand-written thank you note; certainly a rarity in today’s business climate.

Office Condo Sale: 5535 Western Blvd Raleigh NC Suites 202 & 203
3,050 SF // sold for $317,000
DiFranco Jr. represented the seller. The condos were on the market for the past five years, but DiFranco Jr took over the listing and sold the property in under 120 days.

Investment Office Building Sale: 1031 Pemberton Hill Rd, Apex NC 27502
7,000 SF // sold for $970,000
DiFranco represented the seller of the fully-occupied building.

Office Sublease: 3301 Benson Drive Suite 545
11,565 SF leased to Paragon Bank.
DiFranco and DiFranco Jr represented the master tenant, who had 2.5 years left on the lease. The Trinity team subleased the space for the remainder of the term to a local bank.

Retail Lease: Heritage Station, 3634 Rogers Rd, Wake Forest NC
1,500 SF leased to Wine and Design
DiFranco Jr represented Wine and Design, a paint studio that hosts wine and paint parties and classes.
