Okay. So maybe it’s not a starring role, but we’re pretty excited about it. When location scouts for Cinemax’s Banshee asked if they could shoot at The Linville Building, we jumped at the chance to be a part of the production, and not just because we wanted a chance to visit a craft services table. We’re pretty proud of the Class A office building in North Charlotte (just across from NorthLake Mall), so we figured this would be a great way to show it off. The production was on-site for two days shooting a scene that will last less than two minutes in the finished episode.

We made the most of our starring role with a Hollywood-themed marketing campaign targeted to Charlotte brokers. The promotion was simple: tour the building with prospect and take your pick of a $100 gift card to the movies or Best Buy or an Amazon Fire Streaming Media Player. We created a dramatic movie trailer and featured winning brokers on famous Hollywood icons. Producers plan to air the Linville episode in January 2015. We’ll be ready with popcorn and Raisinettes.
