News Southwest Charlotte’s Arrowood Southern Executive Park Experiences Busy Six Months
Charlotte, NC – April 18, 2012 – Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the following seven lease transactions at Arrowridge, a group of four flex industrial buildings located in Arrowood Southern Executive Park in Charlotte’s Southwest submarket.
Arrowridge I
- Boar’s Head signed a new lease for 4,860 SF of space: Ian Bertolina of Bertolina Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
- Meggitt PLC renewed their space for 4,860 SF: Hunter Barron of CBRE represented the tenant.
Arrowridge 3
- Advanced Flooring expanded 9,720 SF: Brad Cherry and Spencer Yorke of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
- Engman-Taylor Company expanded to 4,860 SF
- Yukiwa Seiko renewed their lease for 7,290 SF.
Arrowridge 4
- Centimark Corporation expanded to 12,000 SF
- AVI-SPL renewed their lease for 5,643 SF: Jim Thorpe of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
Trinity Partners’ Adam Eason represented the landlord, Fort Lauderdale, Florida investment company HRW Global Capital. Eason notes the asset’s location and value as its strongest, most notable amenities. “Arrowridge continues to be a great asset for tenants because of its ideal location in South Charlotte and the excellent economics available for flex users,” Eason said. “We are always thrilled to help our tenants expand, and their desire to remain at Arrowridge is proof that the property serves their business’ and employees’ needs well.”
