South End’s Steel Yard signs five new tenants in five months

Charlotte, NC – June 2, 2021 Steel Yard, a historic three-building property in the heart of Charlotte’s South End has signed five new tenants in the first quarter, totaling nearly 18,000 SF in leased space. Trinity Partners’ Rhea Greene and Maddy Howey represented the owner, Stockbridge Capital, in the deals listed below.

“Steel Yard is such a gem in the middle of one of the country’s hottest real estate submarkets,” said Howey, Director, Office Leasing. “It has such character and the location is truly unbeatable, so it’s no surprise that one of South End’s original office destinations remains so popular.”

Situated among South End’s prime retail and restaurants, Steel Yard provides tenants with a high-quality live-work-play setting, as the property is just steps away from multifamily living and the city’s light rail system, providing quick access into downtown Charlotte.

Current tenants include Sullivan’s Steakhouse, Hidell Brooks Gallery, Prologis, The O’Leary Group, and Mindseeker.

Trinity Partners’ Property Management team is also responsible for the management of the buildings.
