News Sam DiFranco, Jr earns the coveted CCIM designation
After countless hours of classes, studying, and test taking, our own Sam DiFranco, Jr has earned the coveted NC-CCIM designation.
“It feels great to achieve this at this point in my career,” said DiFranco. “I’m proud of how I set the goal and worked hard to earn this designation. It enhances everything I do in our industry. I’m able to draw upon what I’ve learned and the community of other CCIM designees to skillfully advise our clients and drive additional value.”
Widely recognized as one of the commercial real estate industry’s most respected designations, the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation proves that a real estate professional has demonstrated proficiency in all commercial investment real estate topics. DiFranco, Jr. completed a rigorous process that included passing course examinations, preparing extensive resumes chronicling actual field transactions, and meeting CCIM guidelines for dollar volume and years of experience in active commercial real estate brokerage. Sam works closely with his father and Partner at Trinity Partners Sam DiFranco, Sr, who is also a CCIM designee. And while we can’t confirm our suspicions since records of these type aren’t kept, we’re fairly certain that Sam and his father are among a rare group of father-son CCIM designees across the country.
“Our entire Trinity Partners team is extremely proud of the hard work, grit, and dedication Sam put into earning his designation,” noted Adam Colvin, Managing Partner. “It proves that Sam not only has the institutional knowledge and experience to expertly guide our clients, but also the tenacity and drive to succeed in our industry.”
