Trinity Partners recently facilitated the sale of 322 West 32nd Street, an 80,120-square-foot industrial building located in Charlotte’s Central submarket, to Longpoint Partners.

Dunn Mileham, David Morris, and Eric Jennings of Trinity Partners’ Investment Sales team represented the seller, a fund managed by Brookfield Asset Management. Brookfield acquired the property earlier this year in a larger portfolio acquisition. At the time of the sale, the building was 100% occupied.
