We’re happy to announce we’re now managing Charlotte’s The Arlington Office Building, part of South End’s popular Arlington mixed-use development that includes office, retail, and a condominium tower. The 78,539 sf Class A office portion of the development is owned by SRS Investments in Chicago and is home to Publicis Hawkeye, Southend Pediatrics, and Stiles, Byrum & Horne.
