Paul Hartley, SIOR to Partner with Son in Charleston, SC

Columbia, South Carolina – November 20, 2023, Paul Hartley, SIOR, Senior Broker and Director of Office Properties at Trinity Partners’ Columbia, SC office, has announced that he will be moving from Columbia to his primary home in Mount Pleasant, SC, on a full-time basis, joining a leading Charleston-based commercial real estate firm, and partnering with his son, Hunter.

Paul has been a perennial top-producer in the Columbia market for decades, an active 31-year SIOR member, and has represented several long-term clients having multiple locations throughout the Southeast. Paul joined Trinity’s Columbia office in 2018, two weeks after the new office was launched, being among the first new team members to join the group. He has been a valuable member of the team, helping grow the Columbia operation into the market leader it is today. Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Paul worked with many of Trinity’s team members, some dating back 25 years or more.
