February 23, 2012 – BOMA Raleigh-Durham honored Martha Crabtree with their Pacesetter Award for the 2012 Assistant Property Manager of the year, recognizing her superior and exemplary service to clients and tenants alike.

“Martha provides outstanding service, and her work ethic is second to none,” said Eve Pilkington, Trinity’s Raleigh Director of Property Management. “She is the glue that keeps our department together, and we always hear from clients and tenants about how much they value her efforts and professionalism.”Crabtree has a long history with the company, working with Trinity Partners for over two and a half years and with GVA Advantis Triangle for the five years prior (Trinity partnered with the former Advantis team to form the Raleigh office in August of 2009).

Each year BOMA Raleigh-Durham’s 120 members award property management professionals with Pacesetter awards recognizing excellence in the industry. In 2011, Pilkington was honored by BOMA with the Property Manager of the Year award.

“We are honored that BOMA recognized Martha this year,” said David Townsend, Managing Partner of Trinity’s Raleigh office. “Frankly, I’m not surprised in the least, as Martha is one of the most professional, hardest-working people I know.”
