Greenville, S.C. – Trinity Partners brokers Lakin Parr and Walt Robinson represented the seller on a $10.5M land deal with the City of Greenville that was selected as CoStar’s Sale/Acquisition of the Year for 2025.

The deal facilitated the sale of over 6 acres of land from Stone Family Properties to the City of Greenville, which plans to use it to develop affordable housing and a public green trail as part of a larger initiative to bring workforce housing to the area.
