Trinity Partners’ Jim Gambrell recently represented insurance agency ECM/Ferguson Solutions in their search for office space in downtown Greenville, South Carolina. The firm will move into 6,126 SF of space on the third floor of Falls Place, at 531 S. Main Street, adjacent to Falls Park.

ECM Solutions, an insurance and risk management agency headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, purchased Greenville-based Ferguson Employee Benefits Agency in summer 2013.

“We needed office space that could accommodate our growth in Greenville, so I contacted Jim to help us find the right space,” said Jeff Haney, Partner and President of ECM Solutions. “Jim has a tremendous knowledge of the market and takes the time to understand our business and how we operate,” said Haney. “He is well respected in the industry and exceedingly professional, operating in a way that leaves people feeling good about doing business with him.”

“It was obvious after my initial meeting with Jeff and John that they wanted the convenience and sense of place that comes with working in downtown Greenville, and they had a desire to be in the trendy West End area,” noted Gambrell. “We had to be creative, finding a space that was not technically on the market, and working out a deal that put them exactly where they wanted to be, and with a great view of the Reedy River right outside their windows as a bonus.”

“As a long-time resident of Greenville, the opportunity to work in the middle of the Main Street action is appealing and indicative of our new company’s strategy to be a visible member of the Greenville business community,” said John Ferguson, partner at ECM/Ferguson Solutions
