Trinity Partners announced today that Cregger Company, a leading wholesaler and retailer of plumbing, HVAC, electrical supplies, and appliances, has leased 14,900 square feet at 20 Overland Industrial Blvd in Asheville, North Carolina. Will Andrews, Associate with Trinity Partners’ Industrial Property Services team, represented Cregger Company in the transaction.

Asheville’s industrial market continues to experience exceptionally low availability, creating a challenging environment for occupiers seeking functional space. Recognizing the need for proactive sourcing, Andrews identified the opportunity off market after learning the property had recently sold.

“Industrial availability in Asheville is extremely tight,” said Andrews. “I knew we’d have to get creative to find the right fit for Cregger. Although 20 Overland just changed ownership and was not yet marketing availability, we saw a potential opportunity for Cregger that ultimately worked. Cregger Company, headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, was founded in 1978 and has grown from a small plumbing supply house into a well-known wholesaler and retailer with over 50 locations across the country. Andrews is currently working with the growing company as it evaluates options in Durham, North Carolina.
