News Corsan leases 335,812 SF at Huntersville warehouse
Trinity Partners is pleased to announce its latest lease transaction. Corsan, a leading third-party logistics and supply chain solutions company, has leased 335,812 square feet at 12801 Jamesburg Drive, an industrial building totaling 560,000 square feet.
Corsan is currently headquartered in Huntersville with several additional locations across the region. 12801 Jamesburg allows the company to consolidate into one location.
“After evaluating Corsan’s real estate portfolio, we were able to identify an ideal solution that not only allows them to get all operations under one roof, but it will also support their continued growth with close proximity to one of Corsan’s key clients in the Charlotte region,” said Terry Brennan, Partner at Trinity Partners. “Prologis provided a solution for us that enabled everything we were looking for.”
