With an impressive track record and extensive experience in commercial real estate, Cori’s addition to Trinity Partners marks an exciting new chapter for the firm as it continues to grow its presence in the Atlanta market.

Cori brings dynamic experience in office and industrial leasing, landlord and tenant representation, with a focus on adaptive reuse projects. Most recently, Cori served as Principal at Lee & Associates Atlanta, where she brokered over $100 million in transactions across the Southeast, including the Atlanta, Greenville/Spartanburg, and Charleston markets. Her diverse portfolio spans professional office spaces, medical practices, financial institutions, and manufacturing. Notable achievements include leading the successful lease-up of historic adaptive reuse projects, securing a new headquarters for JTEC Energy at Lee + White, and representing mixed-use developers in high-profile transactions.

The Atlanta office comprises 47 commercial real estate professionals and a leasing and management portfolio of over five million square feet across office, industrial, and mixed-use real estate. The firm moved in December to The Interlock in West Midtown to accommodate continued growth.
