News Cambridge Corporate Center Expands and Renews Tenants
Charlotte, NC – March 12, 2012 – Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the expansion and renewal of two tenants in the University area’s Cambridge Corporate Center.
Western Union renewed their lease on 4,877 SF of space. Geoff Berrios of UGL Equis and Justin Rayburn of iCORE Global represented the tenant in the transaction.
RealPage expanded from 5,908 sf to 19,782 SF of space.
Cambridge Corporate Center is a 339,000 square foot office center located in the heart of the University Research Park (URP). Trinity Partners’ Jennifer Kurz represented the landlord in both transactions.
This iconic URP building is owned by a joint venture between Mainstreet Capital Partners and DRA Advisors. The facility is managed by Mainstreet Real Estate. The building is located near major hotels, restaurants, shopping, and residential areas and offers easy access to I-77, I-85, I-485, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and Charlotte’s CBD.
