Bridge Investment Group Engages Trinity Partners Leasing Team to Represent Its Triangle Office Portfolio

Raleigh, North Carolina — November 10, 2022 – Bridge Investment Group (Bridge) has hired Trinity Partners as the new leasing team for its Triangle office portfolio that includes Capital Center and Somerset North and South. Trinity Partners’ William Allen, partner, and Esther Austin, director, will represent the portfolio on behalf of Bridge.

The Salt Lake City-based real estate investment firm acquired the 330,000 SF Class-A office buildings in Raleigh, NC in 2020. Significant capital improvements began immediately and included modern tenant amenities like collaboration, meeting and lounge spaces, updated common areas, and modern spec suites in a range of sizes. Future plans include additional spec suites and enhanced outdoor tenant engagement space.

Capital Center, located at 5511 Capital Center Drive, is a 162,738 SF, seven-story office building featuring a prominent location and visibility with excellent access to downtown Raleigh and I-40. Somerset South and North, 4505 and 4515 Falls of Neuse Road, have a combined total of 168,028 SF, and are close to dynamic Midtown with diverse tenant rosters. Onsite property management across the portfolio delivers high-touch, responsive service and attention.
