Braden joined Trinity Partners Columbia upon its inception in 2018 and focuses on sales and leasing for all commercial asset types. He holds the coveted SIOR (Society of Industrial and Industrial Realtors) designation, which is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the commercial real estate industry worldwide.

Braden is actively involved in Camp Cole, a local nonprofit organization that helps children, teens, and adults with illnesses, disabilities, and life challenges. He and his family serve as the chair for one of the camp’s largest fundraising events, the Happy Campers Oyster Roast.

A native of Columbia, Braden graduated from Hammond School and Clemson University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and being outdoors.
