Charlotte, North Carolina – May 8, 2019 – 224 W. Tremont Avenue, a historic property acquired by an affiliate of Boulevard Real Estate Advisors in South End Charlotte, North Carolina, will soon begin its transformation into the premier office option for small tenants seeking Class-A, South End office space.

Trinity Partners’ Chase Merkel is handling the office leasing efforts for 224 W. Tremont. Developer Boulevard is targeting a ground breaking in May with completion in Q4 2019. Each space will be delivered in move-in ready condition, complete with lighting and HVAC, each including a break room.

The lobby will also include common conference rooms that can be reserved by tenants. All tenant spaces will include garage doors to the common areas and to the exterior. The building will feature two patios and elevated windows in sections.

The property is perfectly situated among Charlotte’s most popular restaurants and retail. It’s located directly across from South End favorites, Zeppelin, Common Market, and Bang Bang Burgers, and not far from the soon-to-come, Callie’s Charleston Biscuits, Pins Mechanical, and Cookie Dough Bliss. It’s also walking distance to Charlotte’s Light Rail, which takes commuters all the way from South Charlotte to the University area.
