Columbia, South Carolina – September 17, 2026, Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the successful completion of two industrial lease transactions in the state of Georgia.

Leases were finalized at 225 Allied Industrial Drive in Macon, Georgia featuring approximately 5,000 square feet of improvements situated on approximately 3.8 acres, and 677 Hudson Road in LaGrange, Georgia featuring approximately 4,050 square feet of improvements on approximately 4.25 acres. Ansco & Associates LLC leased both properties.
