News A Trinity Partners Team in Columbia Closes $13+ Million in Q4 Transaction Volume
Columbia, South Carolina – January 6, 2026, Trinity Partners’ three-man team of Nick Stomski, SIOR, Jake Nidiffer, SIOR, and Ryan Causey successfully completed more than $13 million in transaction volume in the last 60 days of 2025.
Nick Stomski, SIOR, Jake Nidiffer, SIOR, and Ryan Causey represented the seller in the disposition of 100 Assembly Street in Columbia, SC. The 27,000 square foot retail property at the desirable corner of Assembly Street and Whaley Street sold in December for $5,875,000.
The team also represented the seller on a 7,950 square foot medical office building located at 1929 Mountain Laurel Court in Florence, SC, that sold for $1,950,000, as well as 7701 St. Andrews Road in Irmo, SC. The 6,500 square foot office building in Irmo sold for $825,000.
Stomski, Nidiffer, and Causey represented the buyer in the acquisitions of a 15.58-acre development tract at 1224 Fort Jackson Road at Hwy 601 & I-20, in Lugoff, SC for $1,896,400, and a five-building portfolio located at 900-986 Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce, SC, which sold for $2,540,000.
Additionally, the team facilitated the acquisition and lease-up of 1701 Pineview Drive, a 7,000 square foot industrial building in southeast Columbia. They also represented the Landlord in the leasing of a 10,000 square foot industrial building at 107 Corporate Boulevard in West Columbia, SC.
