3300 Paramount Pkwy in Perimeter Park Awarded International TOBY Award

December 6, 2021 – Morrisville, NC – 3300 Paramount Parkway, under Mapletree US Income Commercial Trust (MUSIC), was recently awarded the 2021 BOMA International TOBY (The Office Building of The Year) award. This is the third award for this building in the Office Buildings 100,000 SF or less category. Prior to advancing to the International level, the building won TOBY awards in both the Triangle Area and Southeastern Region levels.

Owned by Perimeter Park Offices LP, under MUSIC, 3300 Paramount Parkway is a 97,462 SF, Class-A, three-story office building located within the highly-amenitized Perimeter Park office park in Morrisville, NC. Tenants of the building and Park enjoy the convenience of having two on-campus fitness centers, a tenant lounge, conference center, pocket park with bocce and putting green, and over seven miles of walking trails.

The TOBY Awards are the commercial real estate industry’s highest recognition honoring excellence in building management and operations in 16 categories of building type or size. The international award-winning buildings first won a TOBY Award from their BOMA local association and then went on to compete and win at the regional level. Judging is based on criteria that includes community impact, tenant and employee relations programs, energy management, accessibility, emergency evacuation procedures, building personnel training programs, and overall quality indicators. A team of industry experts also conducts comprehensive building inspections.
