News 200 South College Secures Two Full-Floor Leases
200 South College, has completed two significant full-floor leasing transactions totaling more than 42,000 square feet, further reinforcing the building’s strong market appeal and the continued momentum of Uptown Charlotte’s office sector.
Townsquare Interactive LLC has leased 19,932 RSF, relocating its Uptown Charlotte office to 200 South College. Townsquare Interactive, a digital marketing and business services company, chose the building to support its continued growth while remaining in Uptown’s vibrant business core.
In addition, RTS Administrative Service Inc. has leased the 21st floor totaling 22,139 RSF, marking the company’s entry into the Charlotte market. RTS Administrative is a brand under Shamrock Trading Corporation, the parent company for multiple brands in transportation, finance, and technology, offering third-party logistics, freight factoring, and trucking software programs.
“These transactions are particularly significant as each represents a full-floor lease, with one tenant choosing to remain in Uptown and another selecting Uptown for their first Charlotte location,” said Tim Arnold of Trinity Partners. “It speaks to both the strength of 200 South College and the continued draw of Uptown Charlotte as a business destination.”
Located at College 4th Streets, 200 South College totals 567,865 square feet across 22 stories and a part of Uptown’s Overstreet Mall network. Building amenities include a tenant-exclusive lounge and conference center on the second floor, complete with an outdoor deck overlooking College Street. The property is home to a distinguished roster of tenants, including Ginko, Atrium Health Medical Group, AT&T, Aerotek, TEKsystems, and AIG.
Trinity Partners leases and manages 200 South College, with Tim Arnold and Rhea Greene serving as leasing brokers on behalf of ownership, Bethpage Financial. Thomas Volini of Colliers represented RTS Administrative Service Inc., while Patrick Byrnes of JLL represented Townsquare Interactive LLC.
