1800 Central signs leases for four new tenants

Charlotte, North Carolina – Monday, March 28, 2022 – 1800 Central, a 26,688 SF, three-story office and retail development in Charlotte’s Plaza Midwood neighborhood has officially closed on four new leases: Modish Nail Spa (3,598 SF); Allstate Insurance Company (1,599 SF); Soto Law PLLC-Real Estate, Estate Planning, Family Law (1,522 SF); and Marcus Anthony Photo (1,288 SF). Trinity Partners’ Chase Merkel represented landlords, Boulevard Real Estate Advisors and The Boykin Management Company, in the transactions.
