Adam is a Managing Partner at Trinity Partners, based at the firm’s headquarters in Charlotte, where he plays a key role in shaping strategic growth, operations, and client relationships. Working closely with Trinity’s leadership team, Adam is focused on expanding the firm’s portfolio and footprint while fostering collaboration across service lines and offices throughout the Southeast.

Adam joined Trinity Partners in 2014 after spending over 20 years at Lincoln Harris, where he represented the Bank of America portfolio, negotiating leases for some of Charlotte’s most notable real estate assets while building lasting relationships with tenants and owners nationwide.

After 12 years at Trinity, he continues leveraging his strong financial acumen and strategic negotiating skills to deliver value for clients while supporting the firm’s long-term vision and growth. Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati.
