With more than 25 years of marketing and advertising experience, Molly leads the brand, creative, and communications strategy for Trinity Partners and the firm’s portfolio. She joined Trinity Partners in 2011 and is celebrating her 15th year with the firm, playing an instrumental role in shaping Trinity’s brand, voice, and market presence over the past decade and a half.
As a key member of Trinity’s leadership team, Molly oversees firm-wide brand strategy and creative direction, ensuring a cohesive and impactful identity across all platforms and assets. She works closely with Trinity colleagues and portfolio asset managers to develop and execute customized branding and marketing strategies tailored to each asset, supporting leasing, investment, and long-term value creation.
Molly leads Trinity Partners’ marketing department, guiding creative development, writing and auditing communication materials, and managing both internal and external public relations and brand interactions. She also partners with external marketing and creative vendors to execute campaigns and initiatives that advance firm-wide and asset-specific objectives.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Molly brings a strong editorial perspective and strategic storytelling approach to her work. She is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and was honored with the CREW President’s Choice Award in 2017 in recognition of her leadership and contributions to the organization.
