Tracy is a Division Partner on Trinity Partners’ Project Management team and has been an integral member of the firm for more than 25 years. In her role, she oversees a team of project managers while working directly with third-party clients on a wide range of construction projects, including office building core and shell construction, tenant upfits, build-to-suit developments, multifamily projects, and historic rehabilitation and adaptive re-use initiatives.

Tracy is responsible for every phase of the project lifecycle—from due diligence and consultant and contractor selection to contract negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, and the management of design and construction. Over the course of her career, she has completed more than four million square feet of core and shell construction and interior upfits across multiple asset classes.

Her project experience includes the successful conversion of Charleston’s Cigar Factory, a historic property in the heart of the city that was transformed into a vibrant mixed-use development. Tracy worked closely with Charleston’s historic commissions to preserve the building’s character while ensuring it remained consistent with its architectural surroundings.

Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina. She is LEED AP certified and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
