Laura has earned a tremendous amount of experience in her 20 years of commercial property management. After spending 15 of those years with Trinity Partners, she’s become an integral part of our Property Management team and collaborative culture, earning her the title of Divisional Partner.

Laura’s directly responsible for ensuring her team is focused on our service imperative to treat each building as if we owned it ourselves. Her empathetic, measured, and decisive leadership style has earned her the trust and respect of owners, tenants, and teammates.

She’s managed a diverse set of asset types and sizes, including CBD office towers, historic adaptive re-use campuses, and multi-building industrial parks. She’s exceptionally experienced in annual operating budget creation and management, vendor oversight, capital improvements and building construction management, lease administration, and compliance. Current and past clients include ATCO, Shorenstein Properties, Starwood Capital Group, Principal, AIG, and Stockbridge Capital.

Laura received her BA in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has earned numerous professional designations, including LEED AP, RPA, and FMA. Outside of work, you’ll find her with her husband and two young boys, likely running from one sporting event practice to another.
