With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her clients and colleagues. She relocated from Boston in 2006 to lead Trinity Partners’ Property Management platform and has since built a highly respected team of real estate management professionals. After nearly 20 years in the Charlotte market, Heather is widely regarded as a trusted industry leader, known for her engaging management style and deep asset expertise. Her dedication to her team, clients, and the firm earned her the title of Partner in 2014.
Heather’s leadership and experience create meaningful value for Trinity Partners’ clients and owners. She and her team work diligently to ensure each asset operates efficiently and effectively, managing operational costs while increasing profitability—without sacrificing tenant satisfaction or building quality.
Her current and past clients include AIG, Arden Group, TIAA CREF, Wells Real Estate Investments, Cerberus Real Estate, Starwood Capital, Stockbridge, Shorenstein, and Oaktree, among many others.
Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Heather managed more than two million square feet of Class A office space in downtown Boston with JLL. She developed her strong, service-oriented work ethic through her early career in the hospitality industry, including time with the Four Seasons luxury hotel brand.
Heather has been an active member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), serving on CREW’s Leadership Development Committee and as a mentor for UCREW (University CREW). She has also served as a Steering Committee Member for Mecklenburg County’s Wipe Out Waste organization and is a dedicated advocate for sustainable practices. Her professional achievements include being named Property Manager of the Year by BOMA Boston in 2002, receiving the Business Leader Women Extraordinaire Award in 2012, and being honored with a Women in Business Award by the Charlotte Business Journal in 2014.
A native of New England, Heather graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant/Travel Administration. Together with her husband she’s raised five kids and is tremendously proud of the successful adults they’ve become.
