Dunn Mileham, an industry veteran and Charlotte native, joined Trinity Partners in late 2009 and worked closely with Founding Partner David Allen to build and eventually lead the company’s investment sales division. He immersed himself in the workings of the firm, developing relationships with established clients while forging new ones with individual and institutional owners across the country. As Trinity Partners continued to grow, so did Mileham’s engagement with Trinity Partners’ service lines and brokers, earning him the title of Partner in 2024.
As the leader of the Charlotte Investment Sales platform, Dunn is responsible for the disposition of office, industrial and retail assets across the Southeast, focused on delivering institutional-quality and seamless service throughout the sales process. He’s executed over $500 million in transactions in his time at Trinity Partners. His expanded role as Partner allows him to focus on business development and enhanced collaboration across the firm’s service lines and offices across the Southeast.
Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Dunn was a Vice President in the Nashville, TN, office of Morgan Joseph & Co. Inc. (now Morgan Joseph TriArtisan), responsible for all aspects of transaction execution, including lead generation, due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiating term sheets and purchase and sale agreements. He served as an Associate in the Real Estate Group at Bank of America Securities LLC (BAS) in New York, responsible for relationship management with national real estate clients including transaction oversight, public debt and syndicated financing, and
Dunn began his career at Faison Capital Advisors, (now FCA Partners) a division of Faison Enterprises, where he participated in approximately $500 million of acquisitions of office and retail investment properties on behalf of public pension funds, foreign investor groups, and high-net worth individuals.
Dunn earned his bachelor’s degree from Davidson College where he played football and followed that with an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, cooking, and traveling with his wife and two sons.
