As a former accountant and controller, Beth’s experience with budget management and financial analysis provides valuable insight for our owners. This financial experience coupled with an engaging customer service approach makes Beth an integral part of Trinity Partners’ property management team.
Beth joined Trinity Partners’ accounting department in 2005, working directly with our clients to produce financial reports and budgets, coordinate audits, and develop financial best practices. She served as the company’s Controller for eight years and then transitioned to a Property Manager role initially serving The Johnston Building, a downtown Charlotte historic office building. She now manages a portfolio of assets consisting of office, industrial, and retail properties, including industrial facilities ranging from 150,000 to 500,000 square feet and a suburban 85,000 square feet office building, among others. Beth works closely with each building’s ownership, tenants, and staff to diligently manage the property’s day-to-day operations and budget while supporting leasing teams on tours for prospective tenants.
Prior to joining Trinity, Beth spent six years with Summit Properties, a publicly-traded residential Real Estate Investment Trust, as Financial Reporting Manager. For five years prior to her tenure at Summit, Beth worked in Audit at Deloitte & Touche serving residential and commercial real estate companies, as well as manufacturing clients.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
