Natalie Clayton is an Associate on Trinity Partners’ Office Leasing team in the firm’s Charlotte office, where she supports leasing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of office properties throughout the region.

Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Natalie gained professional experience in the pharmaceutical and utilities sectors, where she developed strong organizational, analytical, and client service skills. She transitioned into commercial real estate to focus on brokerage, where she contributes to leasing strategy, market research, and transaction support for both ownership and tenant clients.

Natalie works with the leasing teams for several notable office assets in the Charlotte market, including Camp North End, Birkdale Village, Toringdon, Carmel Park, and 301 E 7th Street. In this role, she assists in the leasing process from early-stage planning and market positioning through lease execution.

Through her work at Trinity Partners, Natalie has collaborated with a range of respected ownership groups, including Jamestown, Hines, Shorenstein, ATCO Properties, and Levine Properties. She is committed to supporting her team and clients through thoughtful market insight, organization, and attention to detail throughout the transaction process.

Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina State University and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). She is also the founder and a member of the leadership team for the QC Young Brokers Network, an initiative focused on connecting and supporting young professionals in the commercial real estate industry.

Outside of the office, Natalie is involved in the local community as a foster with Halfway There Rescue. Having grown up on a horse farm outside of Charlotte, she enjoys spending time outdoors running, walking, and reading.
