Kim joined Trinity Partners in 2014 and manages 2,089,681 SF of Trinity Partners’ portfolio. Her current assignments include two 3-story, Class-A office/retail building in Charlotte, plus 10 industrial buildings and a couple of retail shopping centers in and around the Charlotte area. Prior to her work with Trinity Partners, Kim worked for CIM based out of California managing the EpiCentre in Downtown Charlotte where she was responsible for 936,000 SF consisting of two three-story buildings featuring entertainment, restaurants and retail outlets, a multi-screen movie theater building, a parking garage, and a two-level outdoor plaza. Kim graduated with her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Management Studies and a graduate degree from the University of Central Florida with a MSHS in Health Science Administration. Kim received her RPA degree from BOMA and holds a North Carolina Real Estate license.
