Trinity Partners Secures Leasing and Management for Mooresville Festival

Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the firm’s newest retail leasing and management assignment, the 159,625 SF Mooresville Festival shopping center. Located just off of Interstate 77 at 350 West Plaza Drive in Mooresville, the center is home to Belk’s and Kohl’s department stores.

Trinity Partners’ Director of Retail Brokerage Services, Beverly Keith, CCIM, will handle the center’s leasing responsibilities. “With such fantastic anchors, the center is a vibrant shopping destination for the surrounding residential areas,” said Keith. “It’s a dynamic retail market, and we’re planning some key improvements that will elevate the shopping experience for both customers and tenants.” Keith plans to target well-known national and regional retailers to add to the center’s current mix as Trinity Partners positions the asset to continue to grow to meet the needs of the area’s discerning consumers.

Mooresville Festival represents Trinity Partners’ first retail leasing assignment in the Charlotte area.
