Columbia, South Carolina – July 24^th, 2019 – Nick Stomski, Partner of Trinity Partners, recently represented tenant, Palmetto Infusion Services, LLC, in the 6,828 SF lease of the 3103 Sunset Blvd. Roger Winn, Partner of Trinity Partners, represented the owner, Hebron, LLC, in the transaction. Trinity Partners Project Management team also provided services in the tenant’s upfit to the building.
