Columbia, South Carolina – Aug. 9th, 2019 – Trinity Partners recently facilitated the subleasing and lease extension for a full floor in the TD Building (1501 Main St.) in Columbia, South Carolina, to Bauknight Pietras & Stormer, PA, who was represented by Trinity’s Rob Lapin, Director of Brokerage Services. The Sublessor, Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, was represented by Trinity’s Paul Hartley, SIOR, Roger Winn, SIOR, and Braden Shockley, partnering with JLL / Washington, DC. Hartley, Winn, and Shockley also represented the Landlord in the transaction.
