Raleigh, North Carolina – October 7, 2022 – Trinity Partners’ Raleigh is proud to announce that brokers Sam DiFranco Jr. and Dylan Heafner have earned Society Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations.

SIOR is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association with 3,600 members in 45 countries, and 722 cities. It is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.

Those who have earned the SIOR are recognized as thought leaders, with ambitious standards of excellence and integrity and as some of the most capable and experienced brokerage specialists.

Sam DiFranco, Jr. concentrates his expertise in buyer and tenant representation, sales dispositions, and leased investment sales. Known for his tenacity and entrepreneurial drive, Sam collaborates with his team to bring unrivaled marketing and brokerage horsepower to each transaction, taking the time to understand and explore every facet of his clients’ business and goals.

Each of Sam’s clients are unique, with different business plans, expansion opportunities, and investment goals. Sam discerns multiple scenarios for his clients, educates and advises them about marketing conditions and trends, and works with them to determine the best options based on their definition of success and investment goals. Sam will tell you that the most rewarding part of his job is providing innovative real estate solutions for his clients that don’t merely check the box, they position them for future success for years to come.

Sam also holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and consistently seeks to learn more and adapt to stay ahead of the curve in the industry. He began his career focusing on tenant representation with Cresa in 2010 before joining Trinity Partners in 2013. Sam received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from East Carolina University.

Dylan Heafner provides lease and asset investment consultation, evaluation, and analysis, with a focus on investment sales and sale-leasebacks. medical office, 1031 Exchange transactions, and tenant and buyer representation. His goal is the same for every transaction: saving his clients time and delivering the very best deal terms possible, never sacrificing favorable contract terms, or leaving money on the table. No matter the deal size, he evaluates every detail to understand each nuance, ensuring the best possible terms.

Dylan is deliberate and focused on creating sustained, successful relationships with clients and colleagues while bringing a strategically innovative approach to the business. His broad knowledge of the market, dedicated work ethic, keen attention to detail, and proactive approach make him an integral team player, and valued client advocate.

He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2018, widely recognized as one of the commercial real estate industry’s most respected designations; he was one of the youngest recipients to ever earn this coveted designation.

Dylan initially joined Trinity Partners in 2015 as a research and development analyst intern and joined the brokerage team after earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina State University in 2016.
